Executive Office Manager Job Vacancy In Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain
Executive Office Manager is responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support. The job can range widely in duties and responsibilities, from reception, copy editing and support, to handling a specific type of paperwork or filing for a specific department.
Responsibilities
*Manage the CEOs Schedule.
*Receiving lease and management contracts.
*Receiving transfer letters and cheques.
*Managing and responding to CEOs emails.
*Maintaining track of tasks to be handled by the CEOs office.
* Maintaining track of projects complaints.
* Resolving clients and owner’s complaints and update CEO regarding that issue.
* Set up monthly meetings with managers and head of departments and following up after the meetings.
* Scan and file all documents.
* Make sure to update the PAs and brokers of any updates and update them with the availability.
*To liaise with the concerned departments and make sure that it is up to date and organized accordingly.
*To coordinate with HR department regarding any new employment, employee contracts, leave forms and requests, disciplinary actions that are directed by CEO, payroll, performance concerns, company structure changes or any other HR related task.
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in business or office management or any related field.
*Five (5) to Ten (10) years in business or office management or any related field preferred.
*Fluently speaking and writing English and Arabic
