Job Description
Lead generation: Finding new businesses that can work with Experts Market.
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
Ensuring the CRM is updated with client information and expected close dates.
Drafting and sending proposals to clients.
Following up with deals in the pipeline and pushing to close them.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
Engaging in face-to-face meetings with the clients and presenting the solutions the Experts Market has to offer.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
Working with the sales team when closing the sale.
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics and generating reports on a weekly basis.
Maintaining a database of prospective client information.
Closing sales and working with clients through the closing process.
