Foodics is looking to hire a Business Analyst to be reporting to the Information Technology Manager-KSA, this role will fully own the assigned IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring project delivery within Foodics standards. Will be responsible for Project Timelines and Budget. Will also be responsible for periodic project status reporting, resource mobilization and planning, liaising and managing 3rd party service provider and initiating and managing all project documentation,

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Developing Workflows, Dashboards & Reports.
Enhancing the current usage and utilization of Digital Tools & Data Insights.
Liaising with End Users & stakeholders, Performing requirements analysis, documenting and communicating the results of Ideations.
Liaise with Technical team communicating technical requirements to enable delivering business needs.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements by participating in user acceptance testing.
Staying current on the latest Technologies to Digitalize, automate and modernize systems.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field
1- 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Advanced technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and clear presentations.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Fluency in Arabic & English (verbal and written).

Familiar with Big Data (Database, Reporting Tools)
Familiar with Automation / Workflow Tools & applications
