Job Description

To update daily changes in System and Make and Correction and entry of new data record, Uploading of scanned document to employees file in system, File documents in the personal file of the employee, To collect all required documents from new joiners and complete their personal files, Ensure that accurate JDs of staff are in place and uploaded in system, Prepare regular needed statistics reports (monthly, quarterly and annually), To work with HR colleagues to develop a high quality HR service, Prepare new employees orientations program at training room, Announcement of new staff to all BMC concerned department, Helps HR Team in their works process and provide all supports, Performs other duties that may be assigned by the department head.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor degree from reputable university in Business Administration specialized in Human Resources Management or any other related major.
Certified training in the specialization is an added value.

Experience
Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience.

Language
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
