COE is a key member of the HR function and will work closely with CPO and other HR colleagues to produce interventions, practices, solutions, tool kits, processes, polices, interventions, and services that align with the organization priorities. Will be the architect across the entire HR value stream map from recruitment, talent management, compensation, and benefits and HRIS.

Key tasks and duties
Role specific tasks:
Overall accountability for the design, architecture & implementation of fit for purpose HR products, processes , interventions , solutions and Services.
Conduct benchmarking research and utilizing data-driven mindset, so as to provide in-depth comprehensive analysis and continuously optimizing People Solutions, Policies and Processes.
Work closely with HR Business Partners to align on business priorities and proactively introduce interventions that impact bottom line of business performance.
Ensure adequate testing and piloting of HR solutions before roll-out.
Develop and lead change management programs to effectively roll out the integration of HR solutions across business units in close coordination with business leaders through HR Business Partners.
Foster an environment of creativity and accountability by empowering colleagues to work collaboratively through issues, provide peer feedback and insight and rewarding results.
Maximize the use of technology in automating and digitalizing processes.
Create and present business cases for the initiation of projects designed to increase internal customer satisfaction with HR products, processes and services. This includes budgeting and project planning & tracking.
Collaborate with leaders throughout the organization to proactively manage talent , encourage stretch assignments with a goal of creating career pathing opportunities and maintaining a recurrent virtual bench.
Prepare, present and embed specific strategies and plans for all hire to retire VSM including but not limited to ; Organisation Design, Workforce Planning, Sourcing, Learning & Development, Policies , Procedures, HRIS and Compensation & Benefits.
Provide thorough leadership and best practice HR expertise to the entire organization.
Define annual HR strategy process cycle and dates including performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, annual salary reviews, etc.
Overall accountability for HR policies & procedures and alignment.
Remains current on relevant company policies and procedures as well as laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Responsible for ensuring all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations are observed wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Responsible for ensuring work is accomplished in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
A minimum of 10 years of experience preferred.
Certified Professional or Senior Certified Professional credential preferred.
An excellent understanding of the IFM industry is highly desirable.
