Project Manager execution of projects using Innovest tool and Processes, sharing of best practices among the PM’s
Main Purpose of the Job
Responsible for the Project Management, document control Resources, and project management system within Innovest Properties
Responsibility / Duties
Giving support and guidance to all Project Management team on as required basis
Development and implementation of regional and project execution related work methods and systema
Facilitate and Developing all project plans.
Assisting with the implementation of and continued improvement of Quality Management and project management systems
Assignment of bid managers/project manager
Monitoring workload projections and ensuring deployment of sufficient project management related resources
Resolution of inter-Project conflicts
Interfacing with corporate Engineering /Project Management
Appraising direct report on a regular basis
Maintaining company Values and beliefs
Develop Training Material /schemes
Promoting the capturing and implementation of lessons learned on projects
Required Qualifications and Experience
Proven ‘hands on’ experience in project execution with a range of infrastructure projects
BS in Architectural or Engineering Degree or equivalent
MS in Architectural or Engineering Degree or equivalent is preferred
SEC qualification is a must
PMP is preferred
