Receptionist required for a Property Management & Brokerage Company in Dubai.

We are looking for a Receptionist with real estate experience to undertake all the duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. Candidates with exceptional communication, teamwork and organizing skills are ideal for this role.

Location: Business Bay

Salary offered: Dhs. 2500

Skills & Requirements:

Prior experience as a Receptionist in Real Estate.
Technology savvy & extremely detail-oriented
Hands-on experience with office equipment
Professional attitude and appearance
Must be well organized, with good follow up and filing records
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Problem solving skills
Good team-player, hard-working and reliable
Effective to meet deadline & work under pressure
Preferably holding a bachelor’s degree and available to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

Attend to all customer/tenants queries/complaints and interact with courtesy and respect.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Ensuring that the office is kept neat & tidy
Screening and drafting of mails as per Managements instructions
Provide general administrative support to sales and admin department.
Perform other clerical and administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and scheduling Management meetings as and when required.
Tele sales
Preparing general and sales report.
Updating sales calls on the WhatsApp group.
Maintaining the office stationery & grocery inventory
