Position Summary:
As a Sales Supervisor for JMI, you will be responsible for leading & monitoring number of sales team members. The ideal candidate will present, promote, sell products, and provide services with full spectrum. You will identify potential clints, support the development of pricing strategies and monitor trends that indicate the need of new products and services to maximize revenue while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead sales team of the related area to drive the consumption through conducting direct audible visual practical training & workshop in the related Pharmacies chains POCs, chronic patient’s clinics inside hospital, specialized diabetic centres & home health care department in each Area.
Open new pipe-line consumption channels other than the current areas.
Responsible for area KPIs that’s included sales, profitability, and collection.
Weekly report sales and services activities to line management.
Review and monitor the team performance and send weekly update to line management by highlighting sales in pipeline and sales /YTD.
Responsible to establish successful profitable relation with all KOLs in area.
Achieve sales targets upon agreed within schedule outcomes.
Develop sales forecast per item, agent, and hospital to achieve annual target.
Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Provide adequate information about products and update customer’s database with proper contact details, email, and contact numbers.
Schedule appointments, meet existing and new customers to promote JMI’s product, and to determine other opportunities.
Develop professional relationship with the potential customer to close selling cycle.
Ensure proper product availability and keep records of inventory in the market and communicate with line Management expected deviations for logistic planning.
Periodic validate the customer open orders and check all due delivery time.
Job Requirements, Experience & Skills:
Bachelors’ degree of Medicine, Pharmacy or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in medical sales, disposables, or pharmaceutical sales.
Have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Demonstrable experience in performing and leading others.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Must possess the ability to effectively coach, train, and motivate staff members.
Strong relationship building skills.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Excellent command of MS office & ERP system.
