Role Profile:
Responsible for providing reliable and accurate support to the Top Management while working with confidential information. Should possess incredible problem solving skills and office coordination skills and exhibit excellent time management and are expected to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Below are the key responsibilities but are not limited to:
· Providing administrative support to the CEO in delivering PCC’s overall strategic objectives.
. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team through regular correspondence, arranging meetings and preparing briefing materials for the CEO.
. Coordinating departmental reports and documentation for the Board meetings and other meetings with outside partners.
. Securing travel arrangements
. Processing visa/passport requests
. Providing assistance in obtaining appropriate Pre-Travel care and liaising with medical provider
· Organizing Meetings/Conferences/Workshops/Events/Social Activities
· Recording meeting minutes
· Expense report generation and processing
· Processing invoices for payment
· Maintaining Company documents
· Creating and maintaining Company files
Knowledge/Skills:
Female, up to 40 years old with 3 – 5 years’ experience as an executive secretary/office manager
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Brilliant written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong follow up skills and willingness to exercise initiative.
Proficient in using Microsoft suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Excellent time management skills.
Well-developed organizational skills.
Excellent use of Office 365
Ability to work with tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any relevant field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Executive Secretary/Office Manager with F&B ,Retail ,Real estate or FMCG (Food industry preferred) or any similar industry.
