Responsibilities:

· Managing executives’ schedules.

· Answering and forwarding telephone inquiries.

· Screening email communication, and responding to emails as appropriate.

· Time management during meetings.

· Organizing travel and Itineraries-Flights/hotels.

· Appointments bookings/reservations.

· Making arrangements for meal orders, transportation, and other requests.

· Conducting and preparing research for the reporting Manager.

· Printing reports, agendas, and other materials for meetings or company-wide distribution.

· Taking minutes at meetings and distributing formal copies to the attendees afterwards.

· Various ad hoc request.updating personal documents (passport/banking/properties).

· Keeping organized and accurate records, making updates to databases.

· Assisting in various projects as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

·  7-8 years of secretarial experience .

· Having strong core skills including fast and accurate touch typing and dictation experience.

· Shorthand experience is an added advantage.

· Skilled in preparing and maintaining accurate records, reports, and files.

· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Reporting to: Executive Director
