We are urgently hiring for an Executive Secretary to support our company’s top management. Executive Secretary’s responsibilities including scheduling meetings, taking minutes during meetings, creating reports or presentation, as well as content and information flow. Keep all information confidential and maintain professionalism.

Job Description:

Act as the point of contact among executives, clients, employees, and other external partners.

Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.

Supports meetings by helping to create the agenda, send out notifications, compile background information, take minutes, and process documents that need to be processed after the meeting.

Establishes and maintains filing systems for documents, correspondence, reports.

Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives

Skills and Knowledge:

Ability to create various forms of communication.

Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Possess excellent time management abilities.

Qualification and Experience:

Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree.

Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Fluent in English and Arabic language is advantageous).

Must follow a “business attire” and always be presentable.

Open to working within a flexible schedule and available for business travel.

With driving license is added advantage.

Salary: AED 6,000 – 10,000
