Executive Secretary to the CEO’s Office

We are looking for a Bahraini secretary with experience to provide administrative support to the CEO office.

Key Responsibilities

Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
Maintain the general filing system and file all Arabic correspondence.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and online conferences.
Taking the meeting minute.
Provide word- processing and secretarial support.
Provide support to the Chief Executive Officer office.
Perform other related duties as required.
Coordinate all travel arrangements for the CEO and executives.
Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure.
Monitor office supplies.
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
Screens complaints and inquiries from employees.
Print the important emails.
Manage CEO desk
Manage the CEO office.

Qualifications/education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or public relations
At least 5 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles
Experience working in a hospital is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
Ability to draft and write letters and reports in Arabic and English
