Key Responsibilities:

· Organizing files, documents, paperwork, and emails

· Managing office supply inventory and office systems

· Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.

· Taking and directing phone calls and messages

· Preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and minutes

· Assisting supervisors and staff with company projects and tasks

Qualifications:

· Microsoft Office

· Printing

· Prepare Reports and schedules.

· Coordinate head of the office meetings.

· Handle Calls

· Background in medical sector (preferable)

· Must speak Filipino and English
