Key Responsibilities
As a technical writer, you are responsible for all technical content including installation, how-to, administration, and product help. The content must be suitable for technical audiences such as data scientists, machine business analysts, software engineers, or system administrators. Test software to understand how the products work, to validate procedures, and contribute to the usability of the software. Publish content using tools and infrastructure of the Content Development team at NeuroBlade.
· You will be responsible for the content strategy, writing, delivery, and maintenance of content, including text, illustrations, and videos.
· You will work closely with PMs to plan the content strategy, execute against the strategy and deliver documentation for each release milestone.
· You will need to develop a deep understanding of the NeuroBlade stack and customer needs
· You will be responsible for planning and prioritizing content work, taking corrective measures to improve content based on feedback and metrics, and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
· Should enjoy a challenge and be able to respond quickly to new/changing priorities, as well as thriving in an environment where you’re busy, where you work closely with others, and where you deliver content that is both highly visible and high impact.
· You are comfortable run the system to executing tasks and validate correctness of the content
Required Qualifications
· 7 or more years of experience creating technical documentation or training for business users and IT professionals.
· Excellent English-language writing skills and prior experience of interacting with software developers, program/product managers, and other technical writers to plan and deliver clear, easy-to-understand technical documentation.
· A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, MIS, or equivalent industry experience.
