We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy hospital.
The suitable candidate must be friendly, helpful, resourceful, perceptive, and proactive. You need to be highly motivated, efficient, able to multi-task, have exceptional client service and communication skills, confidence to deal with stressful situations and will not be overwhelmed by a busy and demanding reception desk. Having previous veterinary reception experience is highly beneficial but if you have the right attitude, we will provide the training.
You will be joining a passionate and dedicated team, in which the receptionists, the nurses and the vets completely rely on each other and all work together to deliver the very highest levels of care and service.
The role includes but not limited to:
Answering the telephone, booking appointments
Dealing with prescription requests.
Taking payments and helping customers.
Dealing with enquires.
