Our company is looking for an Assistant Nursery Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
– fluent in English and Arabic
– a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the nursery management position
– a minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, additional certification in EYFS or other educational methods
The Assistant Nursery Manager is responsible for co-managing the nursery with the Nursery Manager and is involved in planning and delivering effective daily management of the nursery business, in accordance with the Company policies, all relevant legislation and local authority. Responsible for assisting in technical assessments in the recruitment process and performance management of the entire staff to ensure everyone’s performance is of the highest quality, providing a safe, stimulating and caring child-centred environment catering for the children’s educational and developmental needs. The Assistant Nursery Manager ensures that all agreed quality and safety standards are always maintained in the nursery. Liaises closely with parents/careers to ensure high levels of involvement and customer satisfaction at all times.
