Key Technical International
Key Technical International is looking for an experienced SCATS System Operator with computing and traffic system management skills. SCATS Operators monitor and review traffic signal operations on the road network using advanced traffic management systems such as SCATS. A self-motivated individual who is eager to further develop their skills and knowledge of traffic system tools would be ideal for this position.
Responsibilities
Identifying and correcting file and system errors
Performing data processing operations according to a business production schedule
Performing backup procedures to reduce the risk of data loss
Maintaining computer equipment and inventory and organizing repairs as needed
Collaborating with Programmers and Systems Analysts to coordinate testing environments and resolve system problems
Maintaining and managing processing logs and running procedures manuals
Answering questions and troubleshooting problems for users
