We are looking for a qualified Advertising Account Executive to manage customer accounts and act as a link between them and our agency. Your responsibilities will include determining the client’s needs, explaining the creative process, recommending solutions, and overseeing the creative team.
Responsibilities
Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
Work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget.
Work with the Business Director to brief media, creative and research staff and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
liaise with, and act as the link between the client and the advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both
Ensure that communication flows effectively
Negotiate with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
Present creative work to clients for approval or modification
Handle budgets, and manage campaign costs.
Write client reports
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
Arrange and attend meetings
Make pitches and other agency staff to secure new business for the agency
Regularly interact with clients through telephone calls, email, or face-to-face meetings.
Maintains an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Listening to advertising suggestions and wishes of the clients and communicating them to the appropriate people inside the agency
Learning about the clients’ industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions
Remain in close communication with clients to comprehend their needs and specifications
Liaise with clients to organize promotional events or decide on advertising material that suits their profiles and goals
Employ networking techniques to attract new clients
Undertake administrative work and keep records of clients

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an industry-related field.
At least five years of experience working as an Account Executive & Client Servicing Executive.
