Job Description
·Receiving & verifying rental cheques, keeping cheques in secured locker, filling deposit slip and depositing cheques in the bank
·Recording rental cheques deposits transaction into Tally and in excel report
· Verifying expenditure documents and recording in accounts properly
· Proceeding payments by preparing cheques and recording payment transaction in accounts
· Filling and recording of documents properly, recording maintenance expense and income
· Handling of Petty cash, business advances paid to staff
· generate on time monthly expense report and property management report on time
· Reconciliation of bank statement and supplier ledgers
· Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
· All other accounting issues, transactions related to property management/real estate and construction projects
Nationality – Any
Experience – Minimum 2 years and Maximum 4 years (Gulf Experience is mandatory)
Salary Range – Omani Rial – 250 to 350 (Depends upon the experience)
Industry required – Construction & Real Estate
candidate must be available locally with local release/transfer
