Position Name: Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant
Job Location: Riyadh, KSA
Scope of work:
Perform gap analysis for processes and standardization
Training and Awareness for ISO QMS 9001:2015 (Implementer training to SPOCs and PPS Team, Auditor training to PPS team)
Implementation of ISO QMS 9001:2015 across the division and secure certification
Develop Documentation methodology and policy following ISO 9001:2015 standards
Digital Dashboard to manage the division’s Documents (Wis, SOP, Guidelines, Processes, Policies, SLA)
Establish a Document Management system including the generation of document codes, access through multiple channels, and search capabilities
Enhancing Process and SLA audit capabilities of the PPS team following best practices/frameworks
Enhancing SLA/OLA lifecycle capabilities of the PPS Team
Support in developing and improving the division’s processes, policies, SLA / OLA, work instructions, procedures, checklists, templates, forms, and guidelines.
Review the Value Chain Architecture to understand the existing gaps.
Further, develop the value chain by conducting workshops and meetings with relevant teams to get a complete picture of the Value Chain Architecture.
Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes before implementing a new process.
Supporting in Conducting compliance audits for business processes against processes artifacts, specifications, and standards.
Should have around at least 8-10 years of experience in this field
Will be working entirely onsite
