The candidate shall be based in Saudi Arabia with a local iqama transfer.

Must have min 6 years of total experience in Process document, review, and design role, (Business Analyst can ignore)

Position Objectives:

Evaluate a large number of processes and align them to meet fresh goals and objectives like improving productivity, reducing dependency, improve accountability.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Responsible for evaluating existing processes to improve operational efficiency & agility, reduce cost and develop and apply best practices within the Operation process.
Improve process capability and fault handling volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
Provide process documentation and operating instructions
Coordinate, lead, or contribute to the design and upgrade of processes e.g. new or revised Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as assigned.
Makes sure that all Service Management processes, operational level agreements, and underpinning contracts are appropriate for the agreed service level targets.
Ensure that standards and guidelines are followed, or that proper, consistent accounting or other practices are being employed.
Analyze all data regularly in order to make informed recommendations, documenting any potential efficiency savings accordingly
BPM- Business process modelling, traceability, and quality management techniques.
Identify KPIs and measurement methods of process usage and efficiency.
Analysis and reporting of daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc performance highlighting key drivers of the results

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum 8 years experience with 5 years in Process Development, Documentation, and Redesign, stakeholder management.
Has knowledge about modern Process Improvement methodologies in large Organization
Pleasing, Self Confident personality to deal with clients in a confident manner.
Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work well under pressure.
Communication and teamworking skills.
Understanding of basic project management principles.
Excellent reporting and presentation skills; use of advanced tools like Viso, Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot & Charts), and Microsoft PowerPoint.
