Supervising the planning and implementation of digital transformation projects in the organization and taking responsibility to the Supreme Committee and advising the Executive Director of Communications and Information Technology on all digital transformation projects, and his duties include: developing strategic plans, policies and standards for digital innovation; setting priorities and agreeing requirements; preparing and maintaining a catalogue of digital innovation services; conducting audits; providing technical support for digital innovation contracts; and advice on digital innovation training.
Main tasks and duties of the position
1. Digital transformation strategy and plans.
a. Coordinates with the concerned authorities to develop strategic plans and a roadmap for implementing the digital transformation of the institution.
B. Supports the digital communications development and modernization strategy document.
2. Governance of digital transformation.
a. Supports the development of a governance framework that ensures optimal use of digital assets and advises on investing in digital systems.
B. Provides suggestions on developing the legal structure related to digital transformation projects.
c. Reviews and evaluates current and future digital transformation programs and establishes a mechanism to accelerate, develop and implement digital transformation projects.
D. Prepares and submits business progress reports on digital transformation projects to the Supreme Committee and recommends corrective measures.
e. Takes the necessary steps to activate or mobilize resources for digital transformation (including approval of budget allocation, and implementation of infrastructure).
And the. Coordinates with the digital transformation offices in other federal entities (such as the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, etc.) to identify best practices and appropriate links.

General tasks and duties
1. Supervises and directs the digital transformation department.
2. Develops the field of digital innovation in the communications and information technology function to achieve the sustainability of human forces with the appropriate technical skills, competencies and business knowledge.
3. He manages relationships with a wide range of high-level stakeholders, suppliers and external partners.
