Managing the daily operations, activities and transactions related to Leejam’s Accounts Receivable, including billings, collections, reconciliations, general ledger entries, end-of-month closing, etc. and ensuring their compliance with the relevant accounting standards and any other requirements adopted, as well as maintaining records and completing audit requirement and contribute to achieve the desired objectives of this function.
Ensuring that all Accounts Receivable-related transactions are performed in compliance with the adopted set of external standards, as well as Leejam’s accounting policies and procedures.
Performing all Accounts Receivable duties, including preparing journal entries, billings, collections, reconciliation and so forth, and ensuring that all related transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Managing all cash and Cheques receipts as well as updating and reconciliation for all corporate customer accounts
Managing and updating all credit approval and customer master file for corporate customers.
Reviewing all refunds before management approves.
Reviewing all bank reconciliations prepared by revenue accountants.
Managing and estimation of all PT programs, review computation for PT commission and computation of salesman commission, club salesman commission & quarterly salesman commission. Estimation of commission accruals.
Generating AR aging report on monthly basis.
Reviewing of all sales invoices and matching with system on monthly basis.
Responsible to manage and design process for any new contract related to fitness, corporate wellness and internal revenue.
Assisting in completion of audit files, as well as working in new systems implementations.
Attending periodic meetings with Line Manger to ensure that priorities are clear and workflow is running smoothly.
Preparing periodic reports with respect to the Unit’s activities and achievements.
Ensuring that instructions, circulars and organizational and operational decisions are followed and applied.
Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
