Job Purpose
This role plans and execute exibition, leading teams from the initial conception of the event to its successful completion. This role requires excellent event-planning skills along with the ability to define project milestones and deadlines and coordinate both internal clients and external contractors to ensure a successful and enjoyable event that meets organisational goals and expectations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Hardworking, meticulous, creative, and capable of planning and organizing exhibitions and other trade events from concept to implementation.
To source, collate and invite important leading players in the industry to participate in our exhibitions
Should possess inter-personal, communication and presentation skills with an ability to interact with trade bodies, chambers, institutions, and corporates to involve them with our trade initiatives.
Responsible for leading and motivating team members and undertaking key managerial functions.
Responsible for preparing budget and presentation, promotion, and media planning / vendor management / production & logistics etc.
To interact with the highest echelons of trade bodies,
To co-ordinate with exhibitors and buyers for business matching activities.
Managing the exhibition within the schedule and budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards.
Coordinating and liaising closely between client, contractors and suppliers.
Supporting the project teams in all aspects of fit-out and finishes, including design development, procurement and construction.
Advising project manager and commercial manager of any cost/program implications.
Ensuring good quality technical support in all areas.
Reading and understanding all relevant drawings relating to their area of works and assess/advise on build-ability and product selection.
Recording and updating detailed progress reports, changes and issues for areas of responsibility.
Setting-up regular, clear lines of communication to address issues that may arise.
Education & Experience
Post Graduate / Graduate – Management Degree preferable
Computer Proficient
Experience – 5 years sales experience in Exhibitions / MICE / Events domain.
