We are looking for a Strategy & Performance Consultant for a contract position (4 to 8 months) in KSA who has demonstrated experience in contributing/ leading consulting projects in corporate performance management.

Experience Requirements
Previous strategy/management consulting background (Big 4, Big 5, Boutique)
3-10 years’ experience in consulting (with focus on either or all these areas: strategy, corporate performance, PMO) or experience internally in a strategy/performance department
Must be based in KSA
Well versed in strategy analysis, formulation and implementation
Experience in corporate performance management, objective/KPI development, target setting, etc.
Well versed in KPI development and reporting
Has demonstrated experience in setting up a corporate performance functions, setting up policies, procedures, governance, etc.
Experience in setting up and running a PMO or office of strategy management to overlook implementation of strategies
Experience in Balanced Scorecard development, rollout and KPI definition
Experience in strategic initiative management
Well versed in developing strategic plans and business plans
Well versed in business transformations and change
Other Requirements
· Highly capable in Microsoft powerpoint and designing high caliber powerpoint decks
· Based in the KSA
· Available immediately
· Arabic Speaking
· Ability to manage and present to senior C-level stakeholders
· Willing to accept temporary contract position (with potential for full-time hiring)
