Qualifications & experience
As a highly organized, creative and energetic Change Manager expert, following are the essential experience and skills required:
Minimum experience of 3 years in Change Management area in large organizations.
Possess excellent knowledge of change management techniques including business process modeling and re-engineering.
In-Depth understanding of different project management methodologies.
Good experience in working with various IT tools and technologies essential for change management process.
Extensive experience of developing clear, compelling and cohesive materials for change management involving strategy, planning, framework, communication and awareness.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Able to skillfully compile and analyze data from multiple sources pulling them together into meaningful executive presentations.
Able to provide thoughtful and structured recommendations to management and account teams.
Able to adapt and work in complex organization structure with rapidly changing requirements.
Duties and responsibilities
The Change Manager will be working and coordinating actively with Various Business and IT Managers in the Organization to ensure smooth delivery of change management in projects. He will be involved in formulating, developing and executing various change management strategies and plans.
Effective stakeholder engagement strategy, planning and execution.
Effective change impact assessments, change plans and readiness strategy, planning and execution.
Communication strategy, planning and execution.
Effective training involving learning and development (awareness) strategy, planning and execution.
Hypercare strategy, planning and execution.
Deploy feedback mechanism to monitor performance.
Evaluate outcomes against objectives and business benefits realization / achievements.
Design and conduct lessons learnt.
Evaluate and provide results to establish internal best practices.
