Design Studio Supply Manager | Riyadh, KSA
We are looking to hire a Design Studio Supply Manager for Southeast Asia and India’s largest, most trusted and fastest-growing omni-channel home interiors and renovation platform.
The ideal candidate should be able to speak Arabic and preferably come from B2B, Inside Sales, Business Development and/or a Start-up.
An advantage would include previous experience in domains like EdTech, Food Delivery, Property Rental, Logistics, Hotels, Travel, etc.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strategies for building relevant Interior Design Studio partners pipeline in the market.
* Lead efforts for primary and secondary research to source potential Studio Partners from various sources (Online & other Interior Designer platforms).
* Responsible for Studio partner on-boarding for assigned regions including multiple cities.
* Engage with potential Studio Partners for one on one or hosting a webinar/presentation to pitch the Program.
* Mentoring, team training and problem solving for the team on their conversions.
* Escalation point for all concerns from prospective Studios and to ensure closure.
* Ensure the growth and development of an overall network of designer contacts.
* Strategize on the number of Studio Partners required MoM along with the respective Business Managers.
Requirements:
* Graduate/ Post Graduate degree
* Must have 4+ years of work experience in Sales, Business Development and Growth; Min 1 Year in B2B Sales
* Preferred if have Interior Design background
* Strong action bias and extremely high level of ownership around targets.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is necessary, Communication in Arabic is also required.
* Hands-on with Microsoft Office & Google Suite tools including Excel, Powerpoint
