The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
Employee Onboarding, Induction
Managing Employee Records
Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, across induction, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Manage the day-to-day HR operations.
Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Develops strong working relations with management and staff, providing advice, guidance, and coaching
Development, implementation, and administration of HR policies, programs, and practices
Design and manage employee engagement activities
Manage HR Annual Budget
Manage Exit Formalities
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources or Equivalent Certifications(CIPD)
10-15 years of experience in Human Resources
Should have at least 10 years of experience working in a Technology or Software Development or IT Consulting Firms
Must have strong knowledge about UAE Labour Law
Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgment
