Job Purpose
To conduct activities covering organizational or domain analysis. This includes defining solution scope, business processing, product/system improvement, assessing and documenting business needs and requirements
Key Responsibilities
Functional
Strategic Planning
Cascade section plans into targets in order to ensure seamless operations
Prepare reports and assist the leadership as requested in decision making
Report any operational risks and roadblocks to the achievement of office objectives and targets. Recommend corrective action in order to minimize operational interruptions and ensure the timeliness of objective and target achievement
Business Analysis
Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Work to consult and gather, elicit, analyze, and document the client’s business needs and requirements.
Assist in the Development of Business Requirement Document “BRD” in order to get an approved and signed off requirements from the Stakeholders.
Support in gathering and analyzing client’s business needs and requirements
Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers and then follow-up on all results
Support upper management with research on industry best practices on effective product management
Conduct UAT activities after QA release to insure solution stability and soundness.
Conduct UAT activities with main client and stakeholder to assess and validate the solution in order to get clients final approval.
Assist in conducting solution evaluation with account management to insure clients’ satisfaction with released solution.
Contribute to establishing software quality standards for life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing, and maintenance
Any other tasks requested by the BA/UAT Manager
Operational
Financial Management
Ensure that the approved budget is being allocated as per the plans and highlight any deviation actual / foreseen to management
Required Qualifications
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any relevant field is preferable
A Master’s degree in Computer Science or any relevant field is preferable
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
