Accounting Manager/Finance Manager
1. PRIMARY PURPOSE
– Supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting Manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
01. Verification of petty cash vouchers of office, store and PRO.
02. Verification of cash and check payment vouchers.
03. Monthly closing of books of accounts and preparing P&L to track the profitability.
04. Monthly preparation of fuel consumption of vehicles by staff wise and comparing it with previous months for any variation.
05. Preparation of monthly sales, cost and margin reports of RPA and RPM companies based on customer, product and sales man wise.
06. Preparation of monthly customer movement of RPA01 & RPA02 customers.
07. Auditing trial balance of companies and rectifying accounts if needed on a daily basis.
08. Checking and finalizing the MOH report for (Acetone, MEK and Toluene) on a monthly basis.
09. Verification of monthly payroll, overtime and its payments.
10. Verification of gratuity and leave salary calculation of employees.
11. Finalizing the year-end books of accounts and coordinating with PWC auditors for year-end audit.
12. Coordinating the yearly physical stock taking and make necessary stock adjustments in system.
13. Verification of petty cash vouchers of office, store and PRO.

21. Managing the overall books of accounts and closing of books of accounts.
22. Finalizing schedules and passing monthly entries related to fixed assets depreciation, deferred income and prepaid expenses.
23. Monitoring the bank accounts and recording bank transactions in system.
24. Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
25. Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by senior management.
3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE
A Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
B Experience:
5+ years’ Experience in Management, Accounting, or a related field may be preferred.
Experience in Sage, Quick Books, Tally, Baan, Dot net MS office & Case ware.
C Skills and Competencies:
