CNS Middle East
As part of our growing Digital Transformation division at Computer Network Systems (CNS) Middle East – we are looking for an Account Manager (AM) based in KSA. The AM will be responsible for achieving the yearly quota and proposing solutions (technical and commercial) from CNS to prospective customers. The job holder is expected to have experience in selling Data & Analytics and RPA products and to have a current customer base in KSA

Protect and respect CNS confidentiality of all information that is provided or obtained related to all aspects of business of the company or its partners, distributors, suppliers and customers.
It is critical and a must to comply with all polices and processes within the company and extend full cooperation towards the internal/external audits conducted by the management representatives.
Professional representation of the company core values.
Comply to ISO within the company.
Sales and Client Relation initiatives:
Be aware and updated of business trends and market changes.
Establish a professional consultative relationship with the client, up to the C-level by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs.
Have knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position CNS’s products and services better.
Ability to sell the whole portfolio of CNS (Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, Virtualization, Backup, DR, Support, and Managed Services).
Prepare a list of prospective customers and projects expected to finalize within the same financial year.
Create and drive accurate sales pipeline with accurate account revenue forecasting
Achieve the Target through the planned and forecasted prospects.
Negotiate and win projects from the customers those create a financial profit to CNS.
Key Performance Indicators:
Achieve yearly and quarterly Target assigned by Sales Manager.
Responsibility for winning projects.
Total coverage of assigned market segments, and increase the company’s market share in such segment.
Develop new accounts.
Enhancing customer satisfaction and ability to build long-term relationship.
Good knowledge of customer requirements and behavior.
Good technical knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
Ensure that all escalation process is in use, if required.
Engage appropriate resources to build compelling value propositions, deliver sales. presentations, negotiate and close deals.
Supporting PM, Collection and Contract Teams.

Professionally represent the company
Align with principal partners to provide turnkey solutions
Ensuring proposals or any other information is prepared accurately and submitted properly
Propose solutions based on added values rather than on price
Experience Requirements:
University or Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Experience: 7 years of sales experience in Saudi Market
Related previous work experience
Experience in selling Data & Analytics and RPA products
