Role Overview:
Implement the Learning and Development programs for the employee related to design, delivery and evaluation to ensure proper identification and development opportunities for Elaf talents.
Responsibilities:
Design and customize the training programs internally or through collaboration with the Training Providers.
Analyze the company’s goals of the assigned departments with the business units through the training needs analysis process to ensure the achievement of the objectives.
Handle all the logistics of the development programs.
Manage the learning program delivery.
Deliver Training Programs per the set training plan, and other tasks will be added to the role to secure business needs.
Job Requirements
Nationality: Must be a “Saudi”
Bachelors Degree in HR or Business Administration or any related Field.
At least 2 years of experience in training design and delivery.
Languages: Fluent in verbal and written skills Arabic and English.
Computer Skills: MS Office Suite, Advanced Excel.
