Job Description and Responsibilities
o Experience Less than 6 years
o Understand business transactions of the organization and prepare relevant accounting entries using computerized business and accounting systems.
o Responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day accounting along with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
o Prepare daily weekly reports as requested by the Management
o Preferred working as internal auditor.
o Responsible for monthly closing of books of accounts the company
o Analyze and investigate accounting transactions prepare periodic financial statements and various performance and budgeting reports.
o Responsible for supervising all Cheques and incoming payments & bank transfers.
o Maintain strong professional relationship with external customers
Coordination with External auditors for final audited report
o Comply with applicable accounting policies and procedures and pronouncements of International Financial Reporting Standards.
o Engage in the continuous update of accounting procedures and internal controls
o Contribute to improving the functionality and reporting of computerized business and accounting systems.
o Reconcile bank statements
o Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
o Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
o Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions
o Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
o Support business daily operations and communicate effectively with Business GM on daily work status and resolve client financial issues that may arise
o Support month-end and year-end close process
Qualifiications & Education Requirements
B.S. Degree in Accounting and Finance
Skills & Special Requirements
o Good communication skills in Arabic and English
o Professional working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, principally Access, Excel, Word & Outlook.
o Control awareness.
o Knowledge in the implementation of policies & procedures.
o Understanding of Accounting Standards.
o Financial planning skills.
o Report writing and presentation skills.
o Technical thinking and problem-solving skills.
