We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and creative Kids Program Coordinator (Heroes Coordinator) to join the Arena team at its state-of-the-art facility in both Jeddah & Riyadh. The Coordinator will be responsible for driving our Heroes Program, through member interactions, effectively managing the Heroes database and supervising the classes. She must encourage and promote a supportive environment for Heroes members.
Responsibilities:
Be fully conversant with and be able to sell and promote all services and facilities available within the Heroes Program to Parents of members and/or potential members.
Communicate with the members constantly and understand their needs.
Coordinate with the Club Manager to ensure proper class scheduling and shift coverage.
Provide a high standard of member experience this will include cleanliness, safety and supervision for all member (kids) using the facility.
Monitor member’s feedback through regular interactions and surveys.
Complies with and enforces all company policies and procedures, embraces and supports company initiatives
Must be extremely caring and should have an intrinsic inclination for children.
Effectively deal with enquiries, complaints, and emergencies.
Collaborate and effectively communicate with the Heroes Coaches.
Actively participate in team meetings, Heroes events, professional development activities, staff retreat and other activities.
Undertake administrative tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration or related
1 year experience in a similar role or customer service and sales
Proficiency in English & Arabic language
Open to Saudi nationals
Kindly note, this is an entry level position with a monthly package of SR. 5,000 plus target based sales commissions.
