Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Works closely with Marketing and Business Development team to transform concepts into visual execution.
Designs assets for social media platforms, email templates, promotional/ad materials, web content and landing pages, and other marketing needs.
Writes, edits, and publishes posts, both planned and real-time, for various social networks, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and any future channels.
Tracks and reports on social media insights, with a particular focus on engagement by clients and other key constituencies, as well as traffic generated and conversion rates.
Performs basic website updates and communicates those updates effectively.
Develops and maintains an organized system of physical and digital storage for design and social media assets.
Visually elevates the brand and aesthetics through innovative concepts and design.
Contributes to compliance of design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Stays current with upcoming trends within the professional services industry, pushing out-of-the-box creative ideas.
Partners with the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer to create special Firm-wide communications projects (i.e. Board communications, Holiday eCard, internal newsletter, etc.).
Builds upon standards to ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style and quality, and optimized for search and user experience across all channels of content.
Actively participates as a member of the Business Development and Marketing Department, adhering to the highest level of team collaboration and client service excellence.
Adheres to all Firm policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
Completes other duties and special projects as assigned by the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer.
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design. Experience working in real estate is preferred.
Excellent Arabic & English written and oral communication skills with the ability to flex style and delivery to varying audiences.
Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with employees, attorneys, clients, and the public.
Highly self-motivated and self-directed. Works independently with minimal supervision. Overcomes major obstacles and recognizes when issues should be escalated.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, collegiality, teamwork, and a commitment to deliver superior service both internally and externally.
Exhibits initiative and innovative thinking and drives best practices. Demonstrates problem-solving skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) as well expert proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Creative Suite.
