The company is primarily active in Central Africa, where it has developed a solid and reliable business network in various markets such as Congo-Brazzaville, Central African Republic, Angola, Republic Democratic of Congo and the United Arab Emirates.

Key Accountabilities

Receptionist for the Dubai office.
Support with incoming emails
Support with administrative tasks on salesforce, such as scanning and uploading contracts.
Saving and filing invoices on the shared drive
General filing duties and providing administrative assistance to the team
Coordinate flight and accommodation bookings when required
Arrange for invitations and letters to be sent to delegates, visitors, and other stakeholders
Assist in processing invoices and supplying PO’s to the relevant supplier
Onsite support at event when required
Support team with inquiry for quotation with suppliers

Qualifications And Knowledge

Understanding/Interest in the Energy Industry is an advantage
Event industry experience is an advantage
Administrative experience required for a minimum of 1-2 years.
