Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media by designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of marketing for the company including social media, email marketing, content marketing, campaign management, and customer service
Create and maintain an engaging content calendar to support the goals of our website and social media channels
Craft a dynamic social media strategy to drive traffic to our site
Monitor the industry landscape to identify potential opportunities for growth
Create effective campaigns that will drive conversions
Stay up to date with best practices in digital marketing and work with other departments on cross-channel strategies
Requirements

BA/BS degree in marketing or related field.
3+ years or more of digital marketing experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Digital agency experience
Management and leadership experience
Loves to capitalize on new growth opportunities through a structured, curious, and data-driven approach
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads manager, etc.
Basic SQL and/or Hive knowledge or the curiosity to become an expert in various data querying languages
A marketplace marketing background (ie understanding how supply and demand impact marketing strategies).
Strong presentational skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex workflows, dependencies, and tradeoffs in both speech and writing.
A sense of humor and/or the ability to have fun.
Demonstrated mastery of multi-channel digital media strategy, A/B, and multivariate test design, optimization, and ROI.
Experience in running performance/digital marketing channels (SEM/Display/Paid Social/Mobile)
·Crypto, Web3.0 Knowledge is a plus
Familiar with the terms ROAS, CPI, CPM, CPC, ROI & CTR
Experience in Snapchat & Tiktok Ads
