Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings and conference calls.
Coordinate MD travel itineraries.
Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
Secure appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process.
Interact with external partners.
Prepare agendas for meetings, briefing materials and presentations as needed to support.
Manage office supplies arrangements.
Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to the employees
Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Any major.
Required Experience: 3 – 8 years.
Language requirements: Arabic & English (Must)
Excellent skills in Microsoft office.(Must)
Basic Knowledge of Finance & Accounting.
