Responsibilities
Overall management of the assigned HR section
Implement HR policies, processes and procedures, resulting in establishing best practices
Participate in the development of HR section goals, objectives, and strategy
Advice and counsel the employees in interpreting HR policies and procedures related to the HR Section responsible for
Monitor and ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with company policies and applicable legislation/regulations.
Partner with Senior Management on the development of organizational structure, and various human resources projects, programs, and plans
Manages the full cycle of employee programs such as new employee orientation, training, performance reviews etc. for the respective teams
Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Review monthly and quarterly reports and metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals 10. Proactively responds to employee relations issues by identifying problems and recommending solutions
Provide employee development expertise, support systems and processes focused on continuous learning and knowledge sharing
Support employee opportunities for professional development and succession planning
Recommend new policies, approaches, and procedures leading to operational process improvements
Manage, motivate, develop and encourage staff through effective leadership.
Work closely with other sections across HMC providing guidance and support on HR related matters
Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
OR
Any Bachelor’s Degree plus Diploma in Human Resources/ Professional HR Certification
Experience
8 years experience in Human Resources out of which 3 years in Managerial or Supervisory capacity
