Decision Management Consultant is hiring ‘Retail Delivery Manager‘ for one of our client.
Experience: 10+ Years as Retail Delivery Manager & also as a Tenant Coordinator.
Job Description:
Monitor the fit-out companies carried out by company. Tendering, evaluation, execution till completion of fit-out project management.
Supervise the property inspection team and ensure all the punch list items, nominated units are competed up to standards prior to tenants’ commitment.
Coordinate with design, construction, property operations and leasing team & conduct pre site handover design meetings to enhance Architectural design.
Primary focus on fit-out and designs, projects, vendors, contractors, client, buyer, tenants’ and other stakeholders and ensure on-going issues are resolved within the timelines.
