Key Responsibilities
Review all audits and reconciliation of daily sales transactions of Front Office and all outlets
Drives FO up-selling and guest metrics targets (Guest Love, Loyalty, Social Media Ratings)
To investigate all guest, employee accidents and report the circumstances to the Management
Ensure proper allocation for VIP’s, IHG Rewards members, Club Guests and other guests, ensuring that all room requirements and amenities are prepared according to standards
To ensure that all guests requests, requirements and complaints are attended promptly and handled in professional manner by applying the recovery program
Qualification, Skills required
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, management or related field preferred
Proven work experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role
Knowledge of cash management and bookkeeping procedures
Team management and strong organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Dynamic personality and strong leadership skills
