Clinic Administrator position in a specialist multidisciplinary team in a clinic committed to offering patient centred, evidence based and compassionate care to international standards.

The key clinic administrator responsibilities include:
Providing information in response to queries about the clinic’s services
Managing clinicians’ appointments
Handling telephone calls and messages; assisting callers with the necessary information about the clinic.
Generating timely and accurate bills, receipts and refunds.
Collecting cash, updates patients’ accounts, attending to all formalities regarding sessions including follow ups and rolling appointments
Checking the eligibility of insurance customers.
Checking for pre-authorization of specific treatments whenever required.
Generating cash summary and reports.
Performing daily reconciliation of collection summary with cash remittance.
Contacting Insurance Companies for approvals as required
Reviewing and distributing the pre-approvals to concerned departments in a timely manner
Identifying unusual denials and medical report requests and contact the insurance companies for clarification and resolution
