The Bureau is a new purpose-built female-focused co-working space in Dubai with an emphasis on creating a community to support women both personally and professionally. The Bureau is the first of its kind in the region opening its doors in December 2022.

Position Overview

The Administrative Executive is the first face members and visitors will see at The Bureau and will be responsible for all daily administrative and operational aspects of the coworking space, including front desk management and initial member relations. The responsibilities fall into four key categories: Administration, Maintenance, Coordination, and Member Relations. The Administrative Executive will endeavor to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for The Bureau members and visitors, creating a space conducive to working, connecting, and community-building.

Location
Full-time position working at The Bureau location in Gold & Diamond Park, Dubai.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Facilitate Member and Guest check-ins
• Coordinate current and new member inquiries
• Assist with event and meeting room setup
• Manage The Bureau Reception
• Answer telephone calls and other communications
• Manage daily administrative tasks
• Open and close the space as required
• Coordinate with third party facilities contracts

Requirements
• Experience with both operations and a customer-facing role
• Highly organized
• Personable and strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English

Commencement: ~5 December 2022
Workdays: Monday – Friday: 7am – 4pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm
Compensation: AED 5,000/- per month
