Role Overview
Supporting customers with required application knowledge related to diagnostic laboratory supplies & solving related problems in an efficient and effective way.
Ensuring that the end customer is getting the result they want and is satisfied with the products and solutions performance that we provide.
Main Responsibilities:
1- Provide customers with technical support on all company products and equipment, pre and post-sales, through phone, email and field visits.
2- Manage customer complaints providing long-term solutions.
3- Being able to travel frequently (80 %) to perform training, troubleshooting and product demonstrations, resolve problems and provide commissioning on customer sites in a professional way.
4- Suggest new ideas and workflow improvements to customers based on laboratories’ best practices.
5- Report and document all work steps through CRM.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
1- A degree in Laboratory science, or a relevant field.
2- Minimum of 2 years practical experience in a diagnostics organization, either Vet or Medical.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
1- Demonstrable drive and enthusiasm for your work.
2- Be analytically sound and have a systematic thought process.
3- Respond well to working in a challenging foreign environment.
4- Strong commitment to project completion.
5- The ability to build relations and influence at all levels.
6- Adept at Microsoft Office and should be proficient with Microsoft Windows installations.
7- Be at ease organizing, planning, and executing their own travel.
8- Capable of freely traveling to all areas of Saudi Arabia.
9- Reporting skills.
10- Teamwork skills.
