Pen& Process is looking for a Human resources & Administrative Manager for one of its Clients specialized in oil and gas based in Dammam in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive chief, you are responsible for managing the human resources function in order to meet the strategic business objectives.

You will be responsible for:

Define the need for recruitment in order to meet the labor needs of the plant,
Develop the necessary procedures to obtain visas, work permits for foreign workers.
Actively contribute to the completion of all administrative procedures for the opening of the plant.
Plan and organize the HR management system in line with the international management system requirements
Develop a comprehensive compensation system that includes base salary, bonus schemes and commissioning plans that effectively integrates with the company’s performance management system and business development strategies;
Supervise the company’s Computerized Payroll & Personnel Time Management System which includes day to day coordination with the Data Processing Department on issues related to the payroll system;
Leading talent acquisition, development and management programs aligned with business goals;
Supervise and coordinate the Company manpower plans in line with current and future manpower requirements

Qualifications

Saudi National
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a business/system related discipline, a Master’s degree and MCIPD or other professional HR certification are preferred
05 years + of experience in HR functions,
Experience in organizational development and recruitment is preferred,
Excellent communication skills, Bilingual Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic , to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization and departments . French speaker will be a plus!
