What are your responsibilities?

Assess training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
Assist in other spectrum of HR function as and when required.
Assist in sourcing candidates for various positions including IT, Business Developers, Risk Management.
Be able to scout talent from overseas and assist in relocating such candidates.
Coordinate C&B processes but not limited to salary benchmarking, bonus allocation, performance appraisal, introduction of new benefits, in collaboration with the heads of department and the BoD.
Responsible on all HR Administrative related tasks.
Provide guidance on employee’s enquiries but not limited to Company policy & procedure, Employment Act or any HR best practices.
Proactively identify area of improvement especially in existing process & implement necessary changes to establish good HR practices.
Identify employee retention & turnover rates.
Assist on employee onboarding & offboarding process / HR engagement process.
Stationery distribution to new joiners and stock count.

Who are we looking for?

Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or similar field.
Candidate must possess at least 5 years of working experience in related field.
Proficient in spearheading visa requirements of various personnel and be able to implement a smooth process for their eligibility to live and work in Dubai.
Proficient user of LinkedIn and/ or other mediums for finding potential employees.
English proficiency is mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Good analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
People-oriented and able to interact with all levels of staff.

Advantageous:

Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
Experience in sourcing IT personnel.
Experience in finding personnel overseas and relocating.
Experience in employing and helping to monitor performance from remote employees.
