Job Title: Project Controller
Department: Project Controlling with financial background
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Contract Duration: 1year renewable contract
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Scope of Work
Providing oversight for the development, review, and monitoring of project schedules, and the master program schedule incorporating the individual package schedules.
Developing and managing project reporting formats and procedures.
Developing and managing the system, structure, and tools for document management systems.
Supporting the project team in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures, and systems.
Attending regular meetings with all stakeholders and providing statistical reports.
Providing guidance and specialized assistance for issues related to project cost and time.
Managing and coordinating the preparation and maintenance of budgets and cost estimates.
Developing and maintaining status reports including schedule status, financial analysis, cost performance and earned value reports.
Monitor and control critical milestones for the project stage through detailed discussions with the Project Manager, and evaluation of interfaces.
Monitoring and reporting the actual progress of the work versus the planned work
Managing the assessment of the impact of design, project changes, and schedule slippages.
Completing all tasks related to contract management/Project planning for billing to the customer as per commercial T&Cs
Managing the cost and invoicing from the subcontractors as per milestones of the contracts.
Qualification
Degree in Engineering or Any Equivalent field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project controlling, and scheduling/planning or Finance.
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of Project Execution Procedures for invoicing.
Basic understanding Project costing structures and project reporting capabilities.
Understanding of cost and schedule variance analyses/trending and what if scenarios
Understanding of project management principles and techniques.
Understanding of Cost Management, Change Control, Planning & Risk Analysis & Management
