OBJECTIVE

Corporate Quality Manager shall remain responsible to manage QA & QC Personnel and ensure that Quality Assurance and Control of all construction and Corporate activities are maintained adequately and in accordance with the established Policies & Procedures of the Organization;

SCOPE OF WORK

Maintain/administer/Enforce QMS Manual as per ISO 9001 standards.
Conduct awareness training session
Conduct Project Internal Audit
Recommend necessary steps for continual improvements of the system.
Conducts management meetings periodically.
Plan, Conduct Internal Audit Activities
Control, supervise and maintain the qualification of personnel and their performance.
Review and approve the construction procedures related to quality control for various disciplines.
Conduct a weekly quality inspection meeting to review the quality of the work
Operation of a Quality training program for SHADE Construction personnel to improve performance,
SATIPs, SAICs, work procedure, Lessons Learned etc.

Shall provide a list of SATIP, SAIC and SATR that will be utilized in construction activities.
Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
Work with operations staff to establish policies and procedures. – Oversee the department processes.

QUALIFICATION:

University Degree Holder/Degree in Engineering

EXPERIENCE:

15 years of experience Construction Industry
