Rare and exciting opportunity to join us as a Retail Manager for our Doha, Qatar Boutique.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily running of the boutique, ensure that customers are provided with an outstanding service and actively help to improve boutique sales and profitability goals.
This role is contributing to the boutique team’s efforts by presenting a positive first impression of the establishment’s highest service standards whilst managing staff effectively through financial planning and retail management.
Responsibilities:
Develops business strategies to increase customer database, expands store traffic and optimize profitability.
Promotes a world-class customer experience towards all clients and inspiring environment for the staff.
Manages the administrative process and ensures compliance with standard policies and procedures in line with the company and brand principals.
Upholds impeccable boutique working conditions (cleanliness, opening hours, customer response time, etc.) as well as visual merchandising standards.
Deals with all arising customer complaints/ issues in a timely manner
Establishes close relationship with key customers, VIP clientele, acting as a trusted consultant/ advisor for any product/ services related inquiries.
Enforces the concept of the brand by ensuring an adherence to the brand standards.
Develops and manages the telesales operations, customer follow up.
Act as point of contact with the mall management in terms of maintenance requirements, marketing activities, health and safety etc.
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in a Managerial sales role, preferably within a premium/luxury brand
Direct sales and marketing techniques gained in a previous role with demonstrable relationship management, consultative selling and negotiation skills developed over time
Strong CRM management knowledge (preferably Salesforce.com), together with financial acumen and P&L management experience
Adept at working with different styles/audiences to suit the business need or task in hand
Exceptionally organized and able to deal calmly with high pressure situations and/or ever changing deadlines
Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable but not essential if the candidate possesses strong Sales /solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills
Excellent spoken and written English, knowledge of additional European (Italian or French) or Arabic native speaker preferred.
