The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will have full ownership over client success, showcasing value to clients and ensuring clients are happy with our solutions in the digital media space.
* Communicate Gen-Z Media Services to new Clients
* Handle Gulf and Saudi Arabia client database and grow Gen-Z Media client base in the MENA Region
* You’ll manage relationships and own multiple projects across various clients, and have exposure to Strategy and Business development
* Manage the sale and post-sale process and serve as the main point of contact for new and existing clients
* Act as client liaison and advocate within the organization, bringing forward new product ideas or areas for improvement or improvements to light as they affect our customers
* Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded across all digital Influencer and Affiliate Media campaigns
* Proactively solve client business problems and build client relationships
* Collaborate with the Campaign Management team to ensure performance and delivery of campaigns
* Work with the Sales team to ensure campaign KPI alignment
* Present insights, analytics and wrap-up reports to clients
* Liaise with clients and prepare campaign briefs
* Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
* Translate content and campaign briefs (Arabic/ English)
* Review media content and compare it to the campaign brief
* Provide updates to clients on campaigns
* Prepare influencer contracts
* Prepare and provide campaign reports to clients at the end of each campaign
* Prepare proposals and pitch to clients
* Attend client meetings, events or shoots when needed
* Data and systems management
* Maintain effective and productive working relationships with clients and influencers
Requirements:
* Native Arabic language speaker
* Sales and Client Management Expert
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
* Solid knowledge of Saudi and Gulf Consumer/Food/Fashion Industries
* Hardworking and reliable
* Original and out of the box thinker.
* Energetic, responsive, passionate and highly motivated.
* She/He needs to have excellent authentic communication and influencing skills and be energized by working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. He/She need to be a leader with confidence born from self-belief.
* Ideal experience from Fashion, Retail, Consumer Goods/FMCG industry background.
